With CloudDesk 3 Self Hosted we offer one of the first fully automated self-hosted SaaS live support solution on the market. The minimum requirements for CloudDesk 3 is as follow:

Minimum Requirements

• VPS Server
• 1 GB Ram
• 1 CPU
• PHP 8 or higher (PHP 8.3 ready)
• MySQL 5.6 or higher / MariaDB 10 or higher
• 2 Databases
• cUrl enabled
• zlib enabled (Auto Updater)
• Cron Job
• PHP IMAP Extension
• SSL Certificate

The above minimal virtual configuration, when not over-provisioned by provider, is ideal for small deployments of up to 150 users, up to 50 concurrently active and mimimal level of open sessions, sharing, and bot activities.

The above virtual configuration, when not over-provisioned by provider, can accommodate small deployments of up to 300 users, up to 100 concurrently active and moderate level of open sessions, sharing, and bot activities.

We recommend Vultr because they offer more then 14 locations world wide with super fast SSD hard drives.
