Support Availability

We are available to assist you during the following hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Central European Time – GMT+1)
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: Closed

Please keep time zone differences in mind when contacting us. We are based in Switzerland, and all our response times follow the CET/CEST time zone.

Response Times

We strive to respond to all support requests as quickly as possible. Depending on the complexity of your question and current workload, typical response times are:

  • Simple inquiries: within a few hours
  • Technical support requests: within 12–24 hours (business days)

After-Hours Support

We do not offer guaranteed support outside our business hours. However, in case of urgent issues, we will do our best to assist as soon as possible the following business day.
