Live Chat Business and Live Chat WebSocket offers you a auto and manual proactive feature!
But first what does ProActive mean: "Acting in advance and contact your website visitors."
Now the manual way is fairly easy, you just click on the button to send an invitation.
You then have the possibility to enter a message
or just use the pre defined message in your operator profile.
The auto proactive is even simpler to use and no clicking and entering messages are involved. You will find it under settings -> Auto ProActive
Now to setup auto proactive you just need to enter a url from your site where Business Button is available and our software does the rest. If a visitor is now on a specific site and the settings you have chosen are valid he/she will get an invitation to chat with you, if someone is online of course. That also works if you use the text message feature from Twilio or Nexmo which is available in Business.
