The location setup is very important in Cloud Desk 3 - Administration Panel when using multi server setup. Before you clients can register you will need to setup the database connection to your chat server.
Please login into your administration panel and go to "Locations". There is already one there you can modify this as this is only demo data. After having everything set you can check the database connection by clicking on the server icon see screenshot below.
Please note that the URL should contain the complete path to the operator panel. For example: https://au.mychat.com/operator
Only when you have a success message you can let your clients register on your site and your Live Support Server is ready for business. Do not forget to edit the signup page, so people can actually signup on your new server location.
