Business URL with no Wildcard Subdomain

Cloud Desk 3 comes with a wildcard subdomain option for your clients. We strongly recommend using this feature as all of your client will receive a subdomain of their choice.

Some, however, do not want to use it or don't have the option. You can still use Cloud Desk 3 of course for your clients, but they have to enter the site with their special URL, otherwise they will be forwarded to the sign-up page.

Special URL without Rewrite

In case you don't use pretty URL's the special URL for your clients will look like this:

https://yourdomain.com/index.php?p=bs&sp=businessname

There is also a special URL for the Operator Panel:

https://yourdomain.com/operator/index.php?p=bs&sp=businessname

Special URL with Rewrite

https://yourdomain.com/bs/businessname

There is also a special URL for the Operator Panel:

https://yourdomain.com/operator/bs/businessname

Should the software not be able to determine the correct URL, the client will be forwarded to the register page.
