The build in Chat Bot on all our products is to keep the customer busy until a operator joins the chat. It is not an offline chat bot.

It is fairly simple how to start with the chat bot, here we will explain it step by step.

1. Login to your operator panel make sure you have chat bot access
2. Go to your operator profile and setup your business hours
3. Go to the chat bot section and setup all possible questions you can think of. This is important and individual to each site, so we cannot just add standard phrases
4. Here we explain how to setup the chat bot

Important The chat bot only works when an operator is online. It will fire as long the operator has not taken the chat. It works perfectly in combination with the business hours in your operator profile
