On all our software the client can upload attachments if you allow so. This is how you allow it.
There is an option in your main settings to allow file sharing for the client as standard.
Or you can allow individually on each conversation.
The client chat itself will get a file share icon, it is possible to either click, select and upload or drag and drop the file into the chat.
