With the release of HelpDesk 3 - Version 3.5.5 you can now set for each department a predefined content for your clients to help them providing the correct information.
In your back end when you click on Edit - Support Department you will have a new editor showing up which you can enter the content.
When the client now open a new support ticket he will see your message and can provide the information you need to answer and solve the support request faster.
