One license includes Cloud Desk 3, Sign Up page, Administration panel and an included support/news system. The license is licensed to you (Domain). You can run Cloud Desk 3 on your selected domain (changing the domain is possible), with unlimited sub installation of the server itself.

For example you will start with one server located for European customers.

That is the minimum setup, however let's say you service starts growing and customers from Australia and South America start to use your service as well. Then you just add more support servers in this location and connect them to your administration pnael.

The complete setup would then look like this:

  • 1 Support Server (server located in Frankfurt) - https://zipp.cloud
  • 1 Support Server on new VPS server (server located in Sidney) - https://au.zipp.cloud
  • 1 Support Server for South America customer on a new VPS server (server located in Los Angeles) - https://sa.cloudchat3.com

Thanks to the main sign up page you can add as many locations and chat service servers you want, still under one license.

With the administration panel you can manage all your clients from one place. With the sign up page your customer can then choose the location near them.

All our licenses have a one time fee including access to updates within the same version and support.
