Secure File sharing is build in with all our solutions. That means you can upload files and images with Live Chat 3, HelpDesk 3, Cloud Desk 3 and Cloud Chat 3. Not only you as an operator also your clients, when you allow so.

You can set the allowed file types in your operator panel - setttings. By standard following file and image types are allowed:

.zip,.rar,.jpg,.jpeg,.png,.gif

You can change/extend to anything you want, but you will need to keep the format of the string.

.php,.js,.html,.exe

Never allow system files to upload!
