In all our solution you have the option to automatically engage customers with setting the URL and other parameters but you can also manually engage customer by going to the Online User List.

By clicking either on a pin on the world map and then clicking on the flag or by clicking on the button to the right on the list will open a light box window to enter the invitiation message.

In each operator's profile you can also set a predefined invitation message, so you do not have to enter the same message again and again.
