Lately we receive so many support questions that the Live Chat is not showing on the website. Let us explain what can cause it.
First and Important: Your chat installation (operator) need to be SSL protected if you want to place the client chat on a SSL protected website. That is how browsers work, they won't show none SSL content on SSL websites.
Should the client chat not be on the same domain you will need to whitelist the URL for that domain. This is important security wise, othwerise everyone could compromise your widget code.
