Desktop Notifications


Live Chat Business and WebSocket offers desktop notifications, never miss a client again when you working and forgot to turn on your speaker.

Desktop Notifications work fine in Chrome, Safari, Edge, IE10 and Firefox. Simply follow this steps to turn on desktop notifications in your browser with your Live Chat Business or Websocket installation.

  • Login into your operator panel
  • Go to user
  • Edit your user profile

You will find following setting to activate desktop notifications.


  • Set "Desktop Notifications" to Yes
  • Press "Accept", this will allow desktop notifications for your live chat.
  • Scroll down and save, you now receive desktop notifications when a new customer enters the chat or replies to you.
