Cloud Chat 3 has been build and designed for mobile devices, therefore you don't need a native application as it works perfect without.
However native mobile apps for iOS and Android are now available, read more here.
The app is build to easily adapt to your own design and domain in case you want to purchase the mobile app package to publish the apps under your own brand.
For iOS and Android you will need an active Apple developer account. The process to get your Apps approved is time consuming and will take a couple of days. You will also need a Google Firebase account to send push notifications through your own server.
