Since version 2.3 you can send your own variables when someone opens the chat on your website.

Following variables can be sent when opening a chat: Name, Email and Message for example:

&qcn=Name&qce=email&qcm=Message

To make it as simple as possible we have custom vars integrated into the button manager:

The possibilites are now endless. An example: your customers do not need to sign in into chat if they already logged in into your system, you simply send their name, email and a message when they click on the button or slide up chat.
