Since live chat business 2.0 you can change the text and standard answers via operator console. That way it is fully multi language ready and much easier to manage.

You will find the section in:

Operator Panel - Settings - Answers / Text

It looks like this:


In any language you use, you have to create answers if you like to display some content, you can also create individual content for each department.

It is also possible to use placeholders for certain sections, of course the client name or operator name is not always available.

Client Name: %client%, Operator Name: %operator%, System Email: %email%

Important: If a text you have created is not displayed, please make sure you have created the text and chose the correct language.
