Is it possible or has this been requested to have the Tickets Auto Refresh/Show new Replies after you enter them in?

Right now it seems you have to enter the reply and close the ticket popup window. If you go back into the ticket the new reply is there.

You do see the green "Success" but I think it would be really good to see the actual reply in there as well without having to close/reopen it.

    Excellent....I'll be testing this quite a bit and will send some more feedback or bugs. So far I'm really liking this and would love to see it keep improving smile

    With that said, I'm pretty good with PHP development and will likely do some modifications to fit my needs. Is there a way to submit some user modifications to you guys for possible adds to future versions?
