How to choose department in chat?

You told me to choose the appropriate department in the chat when trying to contact you. I have never seen any way to choose department. I just clicked the owl and started a chat. How can I choose a department?

    You will need to login to our support area and the chat will give you more options.

    Future support will only be served through the new support area.

    In that case I suggest you remove the button to create support cases here. That is not logical for long time customers :-)

    (I understand you have worked hard to push the Gold-update, and I am thankful for that. It just was not logical for me to be able to choose department. )
