You told me to choose the appropriate department in the chat when trying to contact you. I have never seen any way to choose department. I just clicked the owl and started a chat. How can I choose a department?

In that case I suggest you remove the button to create support cases here. That is not logical for long time customers :-)
(I understand you have worked hard to push the Gold-update, and I am thankful for that. It just was not logical for me to be able to choose department. )
