Support Tickets - chat dont notify

Could you please tell me which notifications?

We use Desktop and Push Notifications ourself daily and had not any problems so far.

Please try to empty your cache on each browser.

Also make sure you have accepted desktop notifications on each browser. You can do that in your operator profile.

i flush cache in all navigators and in maintenance after open ticket.

i dont have in user panel the option you have in faq and, the problem is in dashboard, don't appear the incoming active chat or in p=uonline  i don´t see online people

in that case you will probably need to empty the the online user table. Please go to the online user page and press the button with the exclamation sign.

Should that not help we would need access to your chat and server via ftp.
