please read the announcement carefully.

Please note that on certain server settings the folders avatar and img won't be created succesfully or only partial. After the Auto Updater please check the package/smooth and package/standard for the avatar and img folder. Should the avatar folder not be there please download the package from our download area and upload both folders (img, avatar) for both packages (smooth, standard) via FTP.

Ok will look for this, but Jerome where is the old Live Chat templete I used before I really like that template!

I uploaded the smooth and standard into the folder but I think I did it not good! Can you please check it on my server please Jerome, otherwise it will mess up everything!

I want to update again but the update folder is empty.... So what to do now to run the update again?

You cannot run the update again, it would mess up the complete database. You can download the complete package from our download area, open your preferred FTP client and upload everything from the 3.3_update folder it will overwrite the files and add the missing ones. Delete the install directory and you should be good to go. No need to update the database again.

Okay just drag and drop from my finder into the fillezilla?
