The permissions can be set in the operator panel for each operator and under Widgets you will need to set everything to All.
Have a great day.

hello,
thanks for your reply, after installing live chat app on my mobile. I noticed i have to log in the web admin section first on the same phone (through a web browser) in order to enable live chat in the app. is there is a way in the setup to make this happen without having to log in every time and directly activate the chat for my visitors the moment i log in using just the app?
Thanks,

Good Morning, you won't need to login to the chat with your browser when using the app.
The app works 100% for itself. Yes you will need to login in the app but not anywhere else.
Good Morning,
our Live Chat 3 - Android app can be downloaded in the Play store: https://jakweb.ch/faq/a/162/native-app-android-and-ios
The permissions can be set in the operator panel for each operator and under Widgets you will need to set everything to All.
Have a great day.

Setup Push Notifications the first time and your app will receive push notifications as well, more information here: https://jakweb.ch/faq/a/170/native-push-notifications
Have a good day.
