Live Chat 3 15.08.2017 2278 Support Status: Open Solution: No agh57

Hi. I have just downloaded v. 3.2 of Live Chat and haven't been able to install it. I am having two issues. Firstly, I am not able to show a different Live Chat button when it is online than when it is not. And secondly, and more urgent, when a user opens a initiates a chat with operator it shows a light blue screen in the chat window which disables the whole chat and doesn't work. I have a screenshot in order to show you the problem, but can't send it through here. Please, I need help with this as soon as possible. Right now we have returned to previous version of chat due to this problem.Thanks, Agustin
