Support Tickets - Billing page

Hello there.  I think the dash board page is becomming a little to busy, would it be possible for a billing page dedicated to billing alone,  so that there plan if any is printed on there with the current drop down list in a tidy way.  Also perhaps a promotion page would be great, so when users login and have only a trial I could write in HTML or text the reasons why to upgrade with a continue button.  If this has already been submitted please point that out to me. Many thanks.
