Support Tickets - Feature request

Hi there

I would love to see the following features in Cloud Chat 3....

1) The ability to set packages, for example 5 Operators / 5 departments / ect.. so really instead of having an advanced chat, why not bring everything together with package addon?

2) The ability for the user to register and add a promotion code, for example get 20% off with this code?  perhaps just a + link..  It would be great if you set packages and the price plans are on the site.
