The latest helpdesk update 1.2 seem to have missing file editor icons. I'm referring to the navigation icons. I checked with chrome and firefox browser and icons are missing.

    Thank you very much for opening a support ticket.

    We are aware of this that on certain systems the icons disappear if the update contains the filemanager files. Please download helpdesk 1.2 from our download are and upload the folder js/editor via ftp.
