I can't tell you what it is but maybe some elements cannot be loaded or your server does not respond. If it works in IE it will certainly work in Chrome.

We have tested the new Design on various machines with various browsers and all worked before we released this new design.

I see you don't have a proper redirect to https because I can go to your site without https and I don't get redirected to https. Maybe the same issue is on the dashboard. Make sure your site is only available through one domain. For example https://www.yourdomain.com.

If someone enters now yourdomain.com he should be redirected to https://www.yourdomain. Otherwise you run into many conflicts and double content which is very bad for seo.

Okay thanks, I thought that was something you would do in the update, because I remember you saying something about that.

I also have laptops and pcs which I have tested this on, Can I ask you as part of the update you look into this or change it to the https?  The server is fine running on SDD cloud.

Some one from the USA who is a dear friend of mine tested it in Chrome and he is having the same issue.

Also while your there, would you also look into via chrome it's not redirecting me to paypal or stripe and if you take your curser off it the paypal sign goes away, just thought i'd update you

All redirects have been set to the correct location, it is now not possible to load a page without beeing on ssl and with www. in front of the domain. Paypal and your form issue comes from the wrong URL, it all works normal now.
