Disabling ticket reminder

Hi Jerome,

I would like to know if the ticket reminder can be disabled. I can't find a way through the settings to do that.

    Thank you for opening a support ticket.

    To completely turn it off for the client is not possible right now for the operator you can turn it off in the first tab under settings fourth possition "Send Information".

    To turn off closed ticket emails to client, please go to your operator panel, settings and then click on the ticket tab and turn off "send email when closing a ticket".

    I think to turn off the reminder for clients is not a good thing, because people will for sure forget to check your support system.

    Sorry, before you close this ticket. I saved the settings to Not send email when ticket close. But, the ticket closed (as a cron job function) and customer received the notification of ticket cloesd. Is this a bug ?
