You have told me and others that we should have one question per ticket or stick to the topic, my question is if I submit a ticket and you awnser it and I feel I have another question about the same topic or I don't feel like it's been resolved and you close the ticket right away, is that not taking away my right to to ask a question?

I mean no offence it's just in my mind is that a ticket should be marked as closed if both parties agree its been resolved?

    Of course you right, we have fully answered your ticket and we decided to close it as it was solved in our opinion.
