Hello,  

When I assign a web project to a customer ( operator/index.php?p=clients&sp=edit&ssp= )  it will only take 1 option.  I press All, but only the one that was originally selected is available.  Also, when I hold ctrl+ it will select what I want, but only one is shown to the customer in the front end ( index.php?p=support ).

I want to customer to access all departments, or whichever I select for him/her.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or am I missing something.  Please advise.

    Thank you for opening a support ticket.

    When you create a web project what option did you choose? Guest access yes or no? When you have web projects do you also have support departments for each or just for one? If no support department is available for a certain web projects then there is nothing to select.

    All the web projects have guest access (set to yes), the same for suppor departments.

    On the front end the client can change between the web projects, that exists?

    yes, and I just realised that's how it goes. I need to instruct my customers that. It is a little confusing, but maybe with your latest update will clear some of the confusion. Thanks for checking. It is solved.
