Thank you for opening a support ticket with us.
Your account has no valid CMS licensed linked and therefore we have to stop giving you free support without knowing if you have a license (with support access) or not. We have a HelpDesk license linked to your account with support access.
Remember buying it from CodeCanyon will come without support.
Thank you very much for your understanding and your feedback.

It is not in our FAQ because it does not belong there. Upload limits are set in your server and not by any software. PHP will control how big the file can be you upload and NOT CMS.
Maybe you should learn the basics before blaming us!
