He visto que el cmas tiene integrados tickets de soporte pero no me gusta demasiado y quiera saber si es posible integrar dento del cms el producto de helpdek

Hi, sure it is possible. Depend how you like to integrate it you will need quite a bit of PHP / MySQL knowledge.
As this goes into custom modifications we can't provide you a solution out of the box.

Everything is possible, but as I have stated above it will be a lot of work and very good knowledge in PHP and SQL.
It would be easier to change the ticketing plugin in CMS to come as far as possible to HelpDesk.
