Live Chat 3.0.3 looks great.
When I applied the update, the chat stop showing up on sites. Checking the logs showed there was a unexpected IF on line 195 of clientchat_cross.php
Looks like there is a missing close parenthesis on line 193.
We fixed this in our version and it appears to have resolved the issue.
Note this missing ) appears in both the zip upload folder and 3.0.3 folder.
