That is very rare, but your stylesheet for the wordpress template is using the exact same class as the Live Chat Slide Up stylesheet.
I see you have pasted the slide_up.css on top of your header.php file, please try to paste right before the closing head tag, it might go away after that.

You will need to rename the header class in your template or in the live chat stylesheet file and embed code.
Go to your embed code you have pasted into the website and find the class header rename it to something unique lcheader for example.
Open the slide_up.css file and find all .header classes and rename it to .lcheader.
That should work.
