After Install, can't access admin page

After install, click on admin and login then it goes to home page and can't access admin page. just redirects to homepage.

    Good morning,

    thank you for your purchase and opening a support ticket with us.

    There was a bug in the install.php file, but has been fixed before you have purchased strange.

    You will need to go to your database with PHPMyAdmin for example find the user table and change the value usergroupid for the first user (ID 1) to 3.

    After that you can login without a problem.
