After found bug (https://jakweb.ch/support/t/595/error-on-creating-ticket-from-operator) on this script, I tried to re-install the helpdesk into new database, I edited /include/db.php with new database name and put back /install/ folder. I also remove all cache file with "rm cache/*.php" command..
The installation work fine. But, why on my client side, the live chat and ticket on nav bar are not available.
