Hi, I got error when creating ticket via operator panel. It is query error that said
Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'depid' at row 1
It came from http://helpdesk.mywebsite.com/operator/index.php?p=tickets&sp=newticket
Additional question : What is P and SP args stand for?

thank you for your report. We have tested it and it can only happen when you don't have a web project or ticket department which should not be possible by design (First Web Project and Department cannot be deleted). We have implemented an extra line to check this when creating a new ticket within the next release 1.9.8.
