Is the Standard Response in Answers / Text supposed to prompt the user after the time set?
I have a Standard Response set for 15 sec. but nothing seems to be coming up.

Thank you for opening a ticket with us.
Under Answers and Test you can manage messages that should be displayed on the various forms and when a client enteres the chat but no operator has taken the chat yet.

Important: Select the correct language, message type: standard, correct department or all
The message will only show when no operator is in the chat, the client is waiting.
