I installed the helpdesk script on my website http://cosender.com/helpdesk/
but when i tested it and started a chat with a computer, the operator get's the notification and can accept to start the chat but after accepting, the chat desapear from the operator desk. Also from the client part, when i click on the button to send the message it put a loading gif instead of starting the chat. Can you tell me what is wrong and what i should do to fix it?

Thank you for your answer, seems it's working now but only for the Main operator.. i mean only the main operator is receiving the chat and the new conversation notification, any idea?
I made a few test a created a few operators, it works with some of them and for some not.. i tried to delete the operator and to create it again, tested again, same probleme.. any suggestions?
