Hi. I was wondering if you could help me find a way to track a chat initiated by the client. So when the client starts a new chat I can track the button click as an event on Google Analytics. Do you have an idea on what to do? Any help will be appreciated.

I do not clearly understand what you like to achieve. You only want to track visitors with Google Analytics when they chatting but not when they use the login or contact form?
yes. only the chats.
I would place the analytics code into the chat.php file. That will only analyse people who chatting.
