Thank you for opening a ticket.

Can you be more specific, please.

IOS version? When filling the form or when chatting?

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Good Morning,

We have no run several tests, can you please explain it better. That's what we did.

    Slide Up Chat

    • Open the chat and touch the name field
    • Enter the name
    • with the up and down arrow go to the next field
    • worked

In a conversation sending messages works, window does not move somewhere else.

Pop Up is not a problem as it is an own window within the browser. Awaiting your feedback.

After I select a field the chat widget stays fixed to the bottom of whole page.

It happens on an iphone 5, iphone 7 Plus and even on ios Xcode Emulator.

We have decided to open the chat in a pop up instead of a slide up on small screens (mobile phones). It now detects if the browser is from a mobile device. If so it will open the chat in a new tab even when it is set to open in a slide up.

The fix is included in the upcoming release 3.0.1 or if you can't wait you can download the package again and replace following files:

    • include/clientchat.php
    • include/clientchat_cross.php

It also detects if the visitor is a search bot with the applied fix above, if so it will load nothing. Saving resources on the server and should be better for SEO.

Thank you for your report and for your patience.
