Live Chat 24.11.2016 2012 Support Status: Open Solution: No outfrag

Hello, i installed you live chat on my website and it installed correctly, but when people open up live chat it just keep loading and wont go to the screen where they can start a chat??

    thank you for your ticket. Three possible miss configurations:

    1. Wrong embed code: https://jakweb.ch/faq/a/119/buttons-client-chat Should the chat not be installed on the same domain (sub domain) is also a different domain Cross Domain option needs to be selected.

    2. Full site domain, please check here: https://jakweb.ch/faq/a/98/full-site-domain

    3. Do not include jQuery if it is already included.
