Was unaware that I need a licence for the image, I will change it.
I agree some parts are german but for instance if you take the english on the contact form it says:
None of our representatives are available right now, although you are welcome to leave a message!
the german version in the language file is:
Im Moment ist kein Operator online, gerne können sie aber eine Nachricht hinterlassen.
but this text is not shown. I have changed the javascript so the language is set to DE.

We have purchased this image to use it on our site.
I cannot confirm that issue, just tested on the latest version. Make sure you have chosen all departments or the correct department also for the contact form and selected the language "de" and message type "contact".
Awaiting your feedback.

I just re-did the button javascript and have tried both pl and de and I still only get the pl and de text in teh form fields. I do not get the intro/info ext that goes before the text fields. Send me your direct email address and I will include pictures showing the gb and de versions.
Thank you for the form. I logged into your operator panel but there is no german language set. It is all English and therefore it will only show when the client chat is set to English.
I have entered a german welcome text for the quickstart chat and it works fine.
Awaiting your feedback.

Hi Jerome,
I have logged onto the operator panel and I can follow what you have done but this seems a little odd to me as all the translations for the various languages have already been completed in livechat/lang folder. How come it does not use them as default?

We only left it for backup. It won't be used as the online editing / adding make much more sense plus it is true multi language capable.

That is where I got confused. Many thanks for your super support.
Thank you for your ticket.
When you use our image, make sure you have purchased a license for this image. We did not provide that image for download (disclaimer).
The chat opens in german, the only thing you have to do is to create the german answers and text in your operator panel.
