HelpDesk default to just show open tickets?

Hi, is it a way to let HelpDesk tickets dafault to only show open tickets?

Now my install defaults to show all tickets, but I am not interested in seeing the closed ones. Would just be good to only see open tickets ( p=tickets&sp==status&ssp=1 )

I understand I can just edit the meny to add the url above, but it's easier if I can do it another way. :-)

    There is no such option at this moment, but we will integrate it within the next major release.

    However all open tickets will show first anyway.

    Available via the button "Open Tickets" and for the client all open tickets are shown in the dashboard.
