Hello,
I've 2 licenses (1 for helpdesk and another for live chat business). I understand that the live chat included in the helpdesk its a shorter version that the live chat business.
So, how can I include the live chat business to work with helpdesk?

thank you for your opening a ticket with us.
Short answer you can't. Live Chat in HelpDesk is to 98% identical to Live Chat Business 2.7. With the next update of HelpDesk 1.9 we will go to almost 100%.
Because Live Chat for HelpDesk is integrated in a way that it works with the clients and tickets together you can just replace files, the whole thing would not work anymore.
