Support Tickets - Helpdesk client login disable

I love helpdesk! I would like to know if there is a way to disable client login. This is my situation, I have helpdesk ticket form client side shown through an iframe. All of that works, but the only issue is that if there is an email already registered, it will ask to login.

I would like to bypass this, so that any ticket that comes in, will NOT require the visitor log in in order to place the ticket. Is there a way that it can be bypassed? Ideally, it will be best if there is an option in Settings to bypass 'client login' to make it optional.

Please advise, if this is something you can implement in your next update.
