Actually i never used the plugin in the last six months and never enquired for support.I did all the essential setup myself. The laguage at the backend is set to english already still the chat is not picking up en.ini file i guess. It has to do something with the config . I would be really grateful if you can just give the hint.
How should we now if you use it or not? Our policy is clear and it would be unfair to our other customers.
The client chat relies on the embed code. Also make sure you are always using the latest available version at this time 1.8.2.
