Support Tickets - Meta Viewport

I have upgraded to Version: 2.6 and adjusted my setting but I am still having the same problem with mobile phones. But the problem has to do with the viewport meta tag If I remove it all is good,

With it I have a lot of problems. A) Customer gets cut off 1/2 second after answering chat. B) The departments show up in the Chat form.

Again, no problem with desktops and tablets, just phones.
