When you installed the software successfully you also have entered the username and password to login.
We can't know that.

What part of the process is that? I was never prompted to enter any username or password.
The installation wizzard has three steps, the last one will ask for your username, email address and password.
Could this be an issue that i bought it off codecanyon?
No, you cannot install it succesful without the installation wizzard.
Who did the installation? When you write it is installed successfully you must have passed the installation wizzard. Please read the manual carefully.
