Hello , I'm still having problems with my proactive chat :

1 - right gave functionality to invite the person to a new conversation, but if the person accepts , in my administrative area, there no information that she accepted.

2 - I need that person soon be addressed on the first page it accesses , you can add this request for the next update ?

3 - I am also having great difficulty sending the message via chat , or the person (client) type, but when you click send press "enter" , the form is red and does not send the message to me.

    Thank you for your ticket.

    1. In the operator panel on the dashboard you have a user online list (when activated). Four different colors will give you status of the engage feature.

    • Grey / standard
    • Orange / invited
    • Green / accepted
    • Red / denied

    2. If you want to invite on the home page you will need to setup an Auto Proactive that has the URL just from home, usually that looks like this: sometimes it looks like this:

    3. When you test, always use two browser.

    Also the Auto Proactive will only work once on the client side. It reset the cookie every 7 days, otherwise it would fire the Engage Window every time he visits another page. When you testing you will need to remove the cookies to fire it again.

    Hello , I need one soon to be addressed on the first page it in.

    Example : If she finds any site internal page (who we are ) , I need it to be addressed on this page ( first page visited ) .

    There in the system, we have the option to approach only from the second page visited .
