Hi,
I have just installed Helpdesk Ticket System.
As per my understanding, I have created a web project.
Now I would like to assign a group to that project.
Then when I create a ticket for that project I am expecting email notification to the entire group.
I tried as best as I can with my knowledge but no luck.
Please suggest me how can I acheive this.
